As i see you have dual incision which is kind of extensile so i guess you were able to bridge your construction with a plate also as it will more convenient for the patient

Arpit Singh Sorry for delay......yes use dual incision...perop very comminuted. ..was in doubt....if I put plate..will I be able to close the wound.....!!!

Somnath Chowdhury lets not take away anything frm u. u did a marvellous job with this really challenging distal tibia. its just my personal thought. i m sure, u wud also agree that wud hv bn a better proposition to do away with the fixator. anyway, good job, sir.
