30yrs/female weighing 102kg with HIV +ve presented with high velocity trauma having undisplaced trochanteric fracture with ipsilateral comminuted shaft fracture + L1 Burst # with retropulsion with right lower limb weakness.while making entry point trochanteric
fracture opened up so CRIF with recon nailing + 6.5 CC screw fixation was done.i hope I have done justice to this patient.planning for spinal instrumentation as a second stage procedure.
