  Praganesh KV Narrow lcp/dcp contoured to the curve of vastus ridge with 2 screws in neck.. It can be fixed distally with mippo technique also.. Alternatively multiple TENS or Ender's nails but will have to accept some malreduction. Long Pediatric DHS or DCS can also be used.
