  The right hemipelvis is externally rotated as you see from the more prominent ischial spine, so i totally disagree with conservative treatment...the sacroiliac joint on the right side is disrupted...so in my opinion this patient need sacroiliac screws on the right side...and the rest of the views and the CT would show of anything is needed anteriorly....

  Tejas Thakker Floor of Acetabulam seems like fracture and causing picture like protrusio,hemipelvis is external rotated,sacroiliac joint is disrupted,go for ct scan,sacro iliac screw is must,depending on scan,put either external fixator or lateral traction on hip.
