  Sachin Bhonsle my preferred choice- implant removal; rule out any infection. then pack the Lag screw track with bone graft and do fixation. 95 degree implant will be good. PFN will be a struggle. smith and nephew proximal femur plate is an option. good luck

  DrAnish Rao pfn is goin to be an absolutely failed procedure for this as getting the nail through the non union site and still subtroc region fracture line can be seen if we try to pass the nail proximally full femur may get shattered then grafti...Ver más

  Mohamed Shawket Why is no one wddressing the shortening it's a huge issue for the pt.
  My opinion open up, remove implants, BG and fixation with a trochanteric LRS fixator with 3 HA coated schanz screws in the neck & another 2 clamps along the shaft with 6 schanz screws 
  Wait until subtrochanteric fracture unites then a second session for supracondylar osteotomy and gradual lenghtening !!!
