  Pravin Kanabar Likely to go for non union of neck fracture and for delayed or non union of shaft femur. Needs revision of neck femur and dynamiztion or revision for shaft. Sirus can be a good option if collapse can be acheived at both fracture site.

  Vishal Garg My Suggestion: Dynamize the nail 4-6 weeks after surgery;;;;; wait for neck femur to unite (unlikely): if it doesn't unite then go in for THR???

Necck with three cannulated screws in proper position wait for three mths if fracture neck doesn't unite do osteotomy and. Fix with plate

  Bipin Solanki Nail is always mechanically better than a plate.. .. Let the nail be there, freshen bone ends and put cancelous graft at femur shaft# site, revise neck screws with sliding recon neck screw . this nail has recon options.. Dynamisation is good but little difficult, there is no space at dynamic hole of the nail distally.. But still can b done with other ways..
