Laxman Rijal Nicely done DHS will allow assisted weight bearing with a frame or crutch. same is true with PFN. If i have to select i would go for DHS considering the cost of implant. Seeing the cortex i prefer to put simple barrel rather than a locking barrel. Can go with 2 or 3 hole barrel as well. Guys if you want to go for minimally invassive DHS please go through my technique i have recently published in TOI
